Mortadella is made using carefully selected pork meat. The lean parts are rough-cut, mixed with little cubes of cooked fat, salt, black pepper and natural aromas including, olives, myrtle berries, and pistachios.
Then meat is cooked inside specific warmed rooms, from a few hours to 24 hours, depending on the size of Mortadella. It is distinguishes in particular for its extreme fragrance and delicate taste.
Thinly sliced Mortadella goes best with focaccia bread and can be used for tasteful rolls with soft and creamy cheeses.
