Salame Cremona is famous for its softness, which allows to distinguish it from other salami. It is seasoned with salt, pepper, crushed garlic and stuffed into natural gut, aged for at least 5 weeks.
The salami owes its refined flavour to the humid climate of its native land, as well as to a highly specialized work force and to a careful selection of meats.
Salame Cremona perfectly marries cheese, especially those with a stronger taste, as Pecorino Sardo, Gorgonzola and Aged Provolone.
