Pecorino Sardo from Sardinia is made exclusively with milk from local sheep breed. The animals are raised on the inland mountains in an environment rich in herbs and flavors.

A black rind sheep cheese with a pleasant, marked flavour. Its semi-hard consistency makes it perfect as a match for appetisers or aperitifs, but also suitable for grilling as well as for use in the oven. It is left to age for over 60 days.
