Buffalo Camembert Bucaneve

Bucaneve is a soft and creamy cheese made with buffalo milk and covered with a thin white rind.

Taking the inspiration from french Camembert, the chararteristics of the Bucaneve still remain true to Lombardy, where is produced, as the cheese resembles a small version of traditional cheeses.

It is characterized by a unique, intense and sweet flavour. Perfect to be tasted on bread accompanied by white sparkling wines or strong ale beers.
