Buffalo mozzarella is the most complete food of all, recommended by most of the mediterranean diets. It has a sweet, fresh, sour taste and it's encased in a thin white layer which is almost glazed, smooth and elastic.

This traditional buffalo mozzarella has been lightly smoked to add a deep rich flavour to the sweet, milky cheese and it's superb on grilled bread or by itself accompanied by extra-virgin olive oil.
