Bresaola della Valtellina PGI

Bresaola della Valtellina is produced with salted and seasoned beef. It is rich in proteins, poor in fat and calories.

Bresaola is produced in a mountain valley lanced by winds from Alpine glaciers. This gives the Bresaola its distinctive, almost piney aroma, and also the extraordinarily subtle nuances in its flavor.

It is perfect as an antipasto with rocket and Parmisan or Grana Padano.
